RMA Automotive is a part of RMA Group of Companies that is expanding its footprints of KD assembly in Cambodia that will commence operation in Q3/Q4 of 2021. The new manufacturing plant to build Ford vehicles in Krakor is equipped with excellent facilities, best assembly and quality assurance practices with latest technology.
This is an opportunity for automotive assembly
production engineers to take the next step up and gain experience of high
volume production systems with OEM standards.
As a key member of the Production team, the Production
Supervisor will lead and manage a team of operators for high volume assembly
plant.
Functional responsibilities include:
- Ensure process adherence and target production output
- Actively lead the reduction of rework and wastages
- Achieve productivity improvement targets and avoid line stoppages
- Calculate, monitor and control the defect rates, rework etc.
- Work to prevent non-conformances, customer complaints, and develop corrective and preventive actions within required time-frame
- Support Implement Quality Management System, updating procedures and train team members where required
- Maintain procedures and processes to QMS standards
- Ensure that corrective actions are implemented and non-compliance issues are resolved on time
- Prepare production report
The position is open to automotive assembly production professionals with these skills and traits:
- Around 5 years of experience leading a team of operators in a high volume automotive assembly plant
- Comprehensive knowledge of automotive assembly process, trouble-shooting, and tools and equipment
- Good communication skills in English (Khmer is a plus)
