Our client is a leading company in consumer goods industry who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm
Provide strategic direction for the implementation and management of the ERP system across the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of ERP projects, ensuring adherence to project management standards and methodologies.
Work closely with various departments (e.g., finance, supply chain, HR) to standardize processes and ensure successful adoption of the ERP system.
Collaborate with C-suite executives and key stakeholders to align ERP strategies with business objectives and drive organizational change.
Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during ERP implementation, including training and communication strategies for users.
Establish metrics to track the effectiveness of the ERP system and make necessary adjustments to optimize performance.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in information technology, business administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., MBA, PMP) are preferred.
Significant experience (typically 5+ years) in ERP management or related roles, preferably within a consumer goods environment.
Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and understanding of IT infrastructure; experience with cloud-based solutions is a plus.
Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels effectively.
Collaborates with department heads across finance, operations, IT, and other relevant areas.
