1st shift: $18 per hour
2nd shift: $20 per hour + 8% shift differential ($22.68 per hour including shift differential)

What You’ll Do
In the Sewing Department, you’ll be part of a valued team that follows the One-Piece Flow system, working together to complete each product from start to finish. Whether it’s running a sewing machine, operating specialized equipment, or performing hands-on assembly tasks, your work will contribute directly to creating high-quality products for our customers.
Tasks may include:
- Sling assembly
- Cushion stuffing using fiber or foam inserts
- Cushion finishing and closing to ensure a polished final product
- Cushion scanning and sealing
- Boxing and palletizing
- Fabric folding
- Operating machines for grommets, zippers, buttons, and seat ties
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for team players who are detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn. While some positions require sewing machine operation, many roles do not require sewing experience. If you enjoy working with your hands and being part of a collaborative production process, we have a role for you!
